Dermatological diseases occurring in people using beauty parlors

Summary
Introduction. Skin complaints cause medical and aesthetic problems and sick people look for help with dermatologist and cosmetologist, A lot of dermatologist diseases have its relationship with the lifestyle, stress and nourishment among others.
Aim. Determine the frequency of occurrence of dermatological diseases in study population and the identify the knowlege of clients of cosmetic surgery on the subject of the influence of diet in their dermatological diseases.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted by means of diagnostic survey and the reseaech material was the author´s questionnaire survey. The survey was attended by a hundred selected customers of beauty parlor.
Results. More than half clients of beauty parlor (52%) suffered from dermatological ailment or had a cosmetics defect which is classified as a dermatoses. These sick people suffered from acne vulgaris, rosacea, AZS, psoriasis, dandruff, bifurcation, cellulite and stretch marks. It was found that the people who was under the supervision of a dermatologist have more knowlege on possible adverse effect of comestible products on the skin.
Conclusions. Cosmetologists should pay attention to the skin problems of the clients and give the right advice ont only cosmetological but also dietetary.
