In recent years, there has been a dynamic development in aesthetic medicine techniques, among which mesobotox has been gaining increasing popularity. This method of administering botulinum toxin, due to its minimally invasive nature and promising therapeutic and cosmetic effects, allows for reaching a much broader group of patients. Aim. The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the mesobotox procedure in reducing skin-related issues, as well as to assess patient satisfaction with the outcomes of the treatment. Material and methods. The study was conducted in the form of a survey. The questionnaire consisted of 25 questions and was completed by a group of 84 individuals aged between 20 and 69 years. Results. The majority of participants reported a significant reduction in fine wrinkles and an improvement in skin condition following mesobotox treatments. Adverse effects such as redness, temporary swelling, or pain were mild and short-lived. Conclusions. The mesobotox procedure is effective in reducing fine wrinkles, improving skin condition, and decreasing sebum production. Side effects are temporary and mild, posing no significant problems for patients. Complications are rare, making this procedure both safe and relatively comfortable.
