Declared properties of Eucerin AtopiControl dermocosmetics versus their chemical composition

Summary
In this work the analysis of cosmetic claims available on packagings of Eucerin AtopiControl dermocosmetics was conducted and the coherence of declared properties with chemical composition of products (according to INCI names) was evaluated. The analysis showed that the claims concerning the target group, effects and results of application of tested products are properly matched to the real needs of the target group - people with dry, very dry, irritable and atopic skin. In the claims on packagings of tested dermocosmetics, the description of the target group, effects and results of products application are appeared. Short descriptions of active ingredients´ properties are compatible with generally declared activities of the products.
