Depending on the method used, the treatments use mixtures or individual therapeutic substances. Needle, micro needle or needleless mesotherapy products, have special features corresponding to the chosen transepidermal method. The mixtures must meet the criteria, providing good penetration without any side effects. They must be water-soluble and compatible with other substances in the syringe and in the treatment field. An important criterion is the pH of the preparation and documented, effective action. In order for the substance to reach its place of operation easily and efficiently, it must be subjected to appropriate modifications. The most commonly used compounds in mesotherapy mixtures are vitamins, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, peptides, growth factors, organic silica, plant extracts, sodium pyruvate, substances that improve blood circulation, bleaching agents, ingredients that affect lipolysis and lipogenesis, tension substances, and trace elements.
