Marcinkowskiego w Poznaniu Summary The presented thesis has an scientific analytic character, contains reflections about the cosmetic services quality. The article presents investigated subject that has been drawn up by the means of analyze Polish blogs and internet forums. The aim of analyze was to answer the question of what customers expect from the beauty parlours, and what the cosmetic services quality means for them. As the analyzing is completed, four basic criteria of judgement have been specified, that are relevant from the customers´ point of view: - the service (realization due to scheduled terms, kindness, empathy, communication, nice atmosphere), - professionalism (competences, experience, accuracy, carefulness), - security (discretion, sense of safety), - material elements (esthetics both of the staff and beauty parlour, the equipment and used technology).
