Brzozowska LabEstetico Centrum Kosmetologii Summary Introduction. Fractional nanoneedle mesotherapy (nanoneedling, nanoinjection) is a painless method of administering the active substance within the epidermis to revitalize (to rejuvenate) the skin face. The procedure is bloodless and does not cause the inflammation. Aim. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a series of fractional nanoneedle mesotherapy in improving the skin face condition of 3 examined clinical cases after 30 years old. Material and methods. The study included 3 people over 30 years old. The study used the measurement of the skin hydration level (corneometric measurement), an own customer satisfaction questionnaire consisting of 16 questions and a specially prepared observation card. The study was carried out from September 2018 to December 2018 at the LabEstetico Cosmetology Center. Results. Based on the studies and analysis of the obtained results, it can be concluded that after a series of nanoneedling procedures, no improvement in the hydration of clients´ skin face was achieved, but a visual and palpation improvement of the skin appearance was obtained (regenerated and refreshed skin face). Conclusion. Fractional nanoneedle mesotherapy is a safe method of revitalizing the skin face. The results obtained after a series of nanoneedling treatments are satisfactory for customers. Nanoneedle mesotherapy may be an alternative to microneedle mesotherapy in improving the skin face condition when there are contraindications to microinjection.
